Extra Guests

Extra Persons (adults, children and babies, maximum 2 per cottage) will be charged $100 per person per week.

Visitors (maximum 2 per cottage) will be charged $20 per person per DAY, $35 per person OVERNIGHT. Day visitors are required to vacate by 8:00 pm.

All "extra persons" or "visitors" must be pre-arranged and approved. All must register on arrival and pay the applicable fee.

WE DO NOT ALLOW OVERCROWDING!

Pet Policy: One small (under 20 lbs) dog allowed per cottage (except #7) - rate is $10/day, $50/week.

All reservations require a deposit of $300 per cottage per week, $100 per boat per week.
Personal cheques for deposits only and must be accompanied by valid VISA or M/C number. Balance is due upon arriaval by Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Debit only.

Cancellations:

Deposit forfeited with cancellation. Short notice cancellations of 6 weeks or less, you will be held responsible for balance due. For your protection, may we suggest you consider travel insurance. No refund for late arrivals or early departures.

VISA or M/C security imprint required for all cottage and boat rentals.

All prices Canadian funds, applicable taxes extra.
