EXTRA PERSONS:
 The number of persons allowed per cottage is either four (2 bedrooms) or six (3 bedrooms). TWO EXTRA PERSONS may be accomodated in any cottage at an additional charge of $115 per person per week or $45 per person per day (+overnight). Positively NO OVERCROWDING allowed, by order of the Fire Marshall and our insurers. Remember, babies and children or all ages are people too!

VISITORS:
Visitors for the day MUST REGISTER at the Office on arrival. The charge for visitors is $25/person/day. Visitors MUST vacate the property by 8 pm, otherwise overnight rate will be charged (providing we are not overcrowding the cottage). Visitors may not bring any pets.

DOG POLICY:
By arrangement only, one small (under 20 lb), non-agressive dog is permitted in most cottages (EXCEPT # 2, #7 and # 12 which are STRICTLY NO PET, NO SMOKING) AT $60/week, $15/day. The dog must be kept quiet and under control at all times and is not to be left unattended in a cottage. POOP & SCOOP is mandatory.

QUIET TIME:
11 pm until 8 am. Noisy parties and profane language will not be tolerated at any time. Radios - music is for YOUR EARS ONLY!!

PAYMENT:
Due in full on arrival. Please note: all pricing shown is our "Cash Discounted Pricing". All payments by credit card will incur a 3% Convenience Fee. All reservations require a deposit of $300 per cottage per week, $100 per boat per week. Personal cheques for deposits only. Balance is due on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit forfeited with cancellation. Short notice cancellations of 6 weeks or less, you will be held responsible for balance due. For your protection, may we suggest you consider travel insurance. NO refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Visa or MC security imprint or $500 Cash required for all boat rentals.

Personal cheques for deposits only and must be accompanied by valid VISA or M/C number. Balance is due upon arriaval by Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Debit only.

Please note:
No Personal Watercraft (Jet skiis) allowed.
No Quads or mini bikes.
No storage of gasoline in or around cottages - period - by order of Fire Marshall.
NO Fireworks, Firearms or open flames of any kind (ie, candles). 
YOU are responsible for the actions and the safety of your children and guests.
Alcoholic beverages are only allowed on your cottage site. This is the law in Ontario.
Speed limit on resort property is 10 km/hour.
Fish are to be cleaned and frozen in the Fish Cleaning House ONLY!!!! Not in cottages.
